Summary: This accession consists of two blogs maintained by the National Museum of Natural History. Both were crawled on February 6, 2012, shortly before they were taken down. The first blog was written by staff who attended the 2009 Museums and the Web conference. It included summaries of the proceedings. After the conference, the blog was no longer updated. The second blog, titled "The Bug Dispatch," was written by staff of the O. Orkin Insect Zoo and included information about the roles insects play in the world as well as the work of the insect zoo. The blog was only occasionally updated. Materials are in electronic format.
