Summary: This accession consists of records documenting relations between John R. Dailey, Director, 2000-2018, and Smithsonian Institution staff, professional colleagues, donors, the general public, and boards on which he served as a representative of the National Air and Space Museum. The bulk of the correspondence dates from December 2014-December 2017 with a small amount of earlier correspondence. Materials include incoming and outgoing correspondence and attachments as well as greeting cards, memoranda, and meeting materials.
