- Summary
- Two eagles just as they are about to take flight with the fish they have caught form the centerpieces of what were once two circular fountain reflecting pools. Each eagle rests a top an octagonal-shaped base in the middle of each reflecting pool. The sculptures are located in traffic triangles which flank Congress Parkway.
