- Summary
- A central stone pedestal adorned on the sides with bronze reliefs depicting a catcher's mask, a baseball, glove, and two crossed baseball bats. On the front of the central pedestal is an inscription plaque in the shape of a baseball diamond, a term Chadwick coined to describe the baseball playing field. Atop the monument is a large granite sphere carved to resemble a baseball. At each corner of the cemetery lot are stones carved to resemble baseball bases.
