The first issue, covering meetings held from Sept. 27, 1870 through Dec. 20, 1870 and published in 1871, is unnumbered on its title page.
Special issue, Journal of the adjourned session of the sixth annual General Council of the Indian Territory (Lawrence, Kan. : Journal Steam Book and Job Printing House, 1875), includes the draft constitution for the Indian Territory.
