Illustrated title page depicts a caricatured man [William J. Robinson, originator and sole proprietor of the Optimist Club of America?] flying over a cityscape in an airship while smiling and waving his hat. Signed "Cahan"
Publisher's advertisement on verso of page 5 has incipits for "Standard instrumental numbers by Paul Lincke, eminent Berlin composer": Luna waltz = Frau Luna ; The glow worm : idyl = Glühwürmchen ; Unrequited love waltz = Verschmähte Liebe ; Berlin echoes march = Berliner Luft ; Siamese patrol = Siamesische Wachtparade ; Police parade march = Schutzmanns Marsch ; Spring, beautiful spring waltz = Frühling, wie bist du so schön ; Wedding dance waltz = Hochzeitsreigen. Publisher's advertisement on page [8] has page of music for song: If I had a thousand lives to live / words by Sylvester Maguire ; music by Alfred Solman. Advertisement also promotes "Complete Catalogues of Popular and Operatic Vocal and Instrumental Arrangements" and "Stern's edition classic albums"
