- Unboxing Leonard Nimoy's Spock Ears 🖖
- Description
- We are excited to announce a new #StarTrek artifact has joined our collection! 🖖 A set of prosthetic ear tips made for Leonard Nimoy to portray Mr. Spock in “Star Trek: The Original Series” have been donated to the museum by his son Adam Nimoy. Watch as curator Margaret Weitekamp unboxes the ear tips and sees them for the first time as an Air and Space artifact. The ear tips will go on display next year in the “Kenneth C. Griffin Exploring the Planets Gallery.”
