I found out, through experience, that RPO Postal employees, in my opinion, are much more competent and determined to do a good job than other Postal Employees. The reason I can say that, is because, in order to use comparison, when we came off the road and we mixed in with the regular Post Office employees in Omaha, Nebraska… Well, I was local President of the union, so I was intermixing with management of course by my position but also, the cooperation I was getting from the RPO employees was much heavier into the union movement and for Postal Services benefits than the other ones, so they were really a very dedicated people. They developed a reputation. In the Post Office there isn’t a really heavy schedule that you have to get there by, but in the RPO’s, there was.
