The Hard Part of Working on the Train
Transportation-Related
I was a part time flexible which was a segment of the RPO/HPO service that was different, and I thought, my own personal opinion, was that it was much more difficult than even the regular people that were RPO people because what our job was, was to fill in for anybody that had a run that was on sick leave or annual leave. So in order to prep for that though, they assigned us many more schemes in order to be able to qualify for these different positions. It didn’t make it difficult after a while but it was difficult at first because you didn’t know anybody. You’d get on a train with a crew that all knew each other and are used to working with each other and you had to try to mold into that, and I just loved it to pieces.
