Stamp Decoupage

Decoupage—the technique of decorating an object by gluing flat material to it—originated in 17th century France and was heavily influenced by Siberian tomb art, Polish folk art, and Chinese decorating. This medium is a wonderful way to showcase a number of postage stamps, each its own individual piece of art. Follow along as we demonstrate in this video just how easy it is to create a one of a kind piece that highlights the visual aesthetic of stamps.
