Businesses were not the only groups to take advantage of the 4th class business mail rate. Doctors could use containers like this to mail prescription drugs (or return empty vials to pharmaceutical firms for refilling). This container was used by Dr. N. Tucker of Mt. Gilead, Ohio. The last mailing required 9 cents of postage, suggesting the contents weighed 9 ounces.
