- Description
- This brass plaque has four holes in the corners for mounting and the dark, textured background offsets the polished, raised letters proclaiming: "Stamps." The sign marked the postage stamps sales window at the Philadelphia Station C post office at 19th and Oxford Streets. Station C was at this location in north Philadelphia from the 1890s until closing in 1959.
