- Following Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor, the U.S. military relocated thousands of citizens who had emigrated from countries with which the U.S. was now at war. An internee in the Rohwer War Relocation Center in McGehee, Arkansas, one of the smallest relocation camps, posted this cover.
