- Artist Joe Hautman created eight albums for Mrs. Jeanette Cantrell Rudy to display mint singles and plate blocks of her Federal Duck Stamp collection. The stamps are arranged by year of issue beginning with 1935 and ending with 1993, and Hautman illustrated each page. This is the image appearing on page 32 of Album 2.
