39c Love Birds single

- Description
- The Postal Service issued a 39-cent Love Birds special stamp on January 3, 2006. The stamp was reissued on May 1 in Washington, DC. Craig Frazier of Mill Valley, California, designed the stamp. 400 million stamps were issued in pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) convertible booklets of twenty. The stamps were printed in the gravure process.
